Senior Compensation Analyst

Supports the development and communication of compensation policies, processes and programs. Ensures associate compensation and compensation related programs are competitive both internally and externally. Position supports with annual costing/analysis for US/CN wages and bonus. Supports nonexempt plant structure review, annual merit/bonus processes, salary calculations, coordination of promotion, ORACLE updates impacting wage, position, grade and job changes.
