AI Business Architect

Provides the discipline and capability needed to scale AI responsibly across GCO. This role spans two complementary areas: governance and maturity (risk, business case quality, and maturity progression, ensuring reviews and risk clearances follow consistent gates as volume increases) and enablement and adoption (building organization-wide AI capability by turning proven patterns and lessons learned into repeatable guidance that helps each department build on prior experience). Partners closely with Finance on business case rigor and outcome attestation, and with HR on workforce change, training, and adoption. Specific focus areas within this blended mandate will be allocated based on team composition and candidate strengths.
