PMC Construction Manager – Buildings

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMC Construction Manager - Buildings to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a PMC team overseeing a number of building developments around Abu Dhabi.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support delivery management across a portfolio of building projects, coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Monitor site progress, quality, and HSE performance; identify risks/issues and drive actions to closure.
Chair/participate in coordination and progress meetings and ensure clear reporting, follow-up, and documentation.
Support project planning and execution, including interface management and resolution of construction challenges.
Provide leadership to site teams and ensure works follow agreed processes, standards, and industry best practices.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related experience).
Minimum 15 years experience in building construction delivery / site execution (large projects experience preferred).
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices with proven leadership and management capability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a client-facing PMC environment.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

Experience delivering multiple projects within a framework/portfolio environment.
Experience on major building programs in the UAE.
