Responsibilities include

Strategic Planning & Inventory: Apply integrated buyer planning skills to translate demand signals into global inventory strategies for direct materials (mold compound, Epoxy…). Balance working capital efficiency with supply assurance to support production ramp-ups and mitigate shortage. Think beyond day-to-day procurement. Anticipate future demand scenarios and develop strategic supply plans that secure supplier capacity and de-risk the supply chain.
Global Stakeholder Influence & Project Management: Lead cross-regional GPDC (Geopolitical Dependency) & Supply related qualifications. Use project management discipline to drive timelines, manage dependencies, and influence global stakeholders without direct authority.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes—from demand detection to PO execution. Identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements

Bachelors, Master degree in Supply Chain or related field
Proficient in writing English email and speaking. Daily call with stakeholders in English

Preferred qualifications

Proficiency in Planning, MRP systems and procurement tools and demand signals & supply planning fundamentals
Solid knowledge of direct material qualification process and end-to-end procurement process
Result-oriented with mature Project Management skill. Strong ownership to lead cross-function to deliver result on time
Understanding of business operations, demand signals, and supply planning fundamentals
Strong data analysis capability; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
Sense of urgency and resilience for urgent muti-tasks
