Logistics Coordinator

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient management of our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless transportation, inventory control, and warehouse activities. Your proactive approach will help optimize processes, enhance vendor relationships, and support our commitment to delivering quality products on time.
- Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements.
- Maintain, track, and update all customer PO’s in data base
- Maintain finished inventory and organizes pick up schedule with customers and carriers.
- Set up shipping instructions and all details within the system to include creation of the Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment and Pick List.
- Review final delivery documentation and perform PGI (Post Goods Issue).
- Prepare and submit customer invoices with SAP and forward to customers timely
- Monitor and credit any credits or credit returns timely. Coordination with BRM’s for necessary requirements.
- Establish all credit return product movement with BRM’s, customer, and carriers
- Pull and maintain weekly dashboard data pertaining to all shipments to customers
- Prepare and forward monthly TTB reports
- Coordinate with production flavored products and fumigation requirements.
- Coordinate to ensure all components are in house for flavoring – tobacco and flavors.
- Prepare labels and all related shipping documents to ensure compliance with customer’s specifications.
- Compile data for and maintain communication with customers, origins, and internal departments for traceability and audit purposes.
- Other projects and duties are required.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must have good planning skills and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Must work effectively with others to achieve goals and resolve issues.
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Good mathematical and accounting skills
- Strong computer skills to include advanced MS Excel and MS Word
- Four-year degree from an accredited College/University in business related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in an ERP environment, SAP experience is strongly preferred.
