We are looking for a New Business Executive to join a leading global insurance company.
We are partnering with a multinational organization seeking a commercially driven professional with a strong focus on business development, new client acquisition, and the creation of strategic partnerships within the corporate and insurance markets.
This position will play a key role in expanding the company's client portfolio and commercial partnerships by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating strategic agreements, and driving sustainable business growth. The role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams while representing the company at key industry events and networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the corporate, insurance (insurance companies, brokers, agencies, and sales partners), and strategic B2B partner segments.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline, following up on proposals and business opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze business performance indicators to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and business visits, representing the company with key market stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance brand positioning and generate new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of business development experience within the insurance industry, either at an insurance company, international brokerage, or related organization.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, market development, and strategic account management.
- An established network of contacts within the insurance and corporate sectors.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A results-oriented commercial profile with strong negotiation skills, autonomy, and the ability to build lasting business relationships.
Working Conditions
- On-site position, Monday through Friday.
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (including a one-hour lunch break).
