What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day workplace experience for the Des Moines office
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for all workplace needs
  • Build and implement systems for office operations and scaling
  • Manage office logistics: space, seating, meetings, supplies, visitors
  • Coordinate with vendors and co-working partners
  • Partner with IT on equipment setup, tracking, and troubleshooting
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Act as onsite support for People Ops and employee experience
  • Plan and execute office culture initiatives and events
  • Track expenses and support budget management
  • Continuously improve workplace operations and efficiency

What You’ve Done

2–5 years in office management, workplace operations, or similar roles

Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership

Experience building or improving systems and processes

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to problem-solve quickly in fast-paced environments

Experience coordinating across teams and managing vendors

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Basic technical proficiency (IT setup, troubleshooting, inventory systems)

Track record of creating positive, effective environments
