Position Status: Regular Full Time Location: Sarcee, RCTP Hours: 77.50 FTE: 1.00 Shift: Days Shift Times: 0800-1615 Union: Non-Union Management Rate of Pay: $60.79 - $67.08 PCN: SARCSM04
The Opportunity
Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, the Director of Care (DoC) is responsible for the overall operational and clinical leadership of the RCTP Program, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care in alignment with Carewest’s strategic priorities.
This role provides oversight of day-to-day operations, resource management, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary team performance to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. The role oversees all clinical positions and is accountable for driving positive change, staff engagement, and operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a health related field required, preferably in Nursing.
- Current registration with CARNA or appropriate professional licensing college.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant clinical experience required.
- Experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity preferred.
