We're two time PGC Dubai Best Publisher (2024, 2025) and Best Arabic Localization winner.</p>About the Role<p>We're looking for a versatile Game Artist who thrives across multiple games and visual surfaces. In this role, you'll produce in-game art, UI/UX, and Arabic localization assets across our portfolio, contribute to in-game promotional moments, and support our brand design work for company-level initiatives.</p><p>This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role for someone with strong graphic design instincts in addition to game art craft someone who can move confidently between a UI screen, a localized event banner, an in-game promotion asset, and a polished brand deck without losing quality on any of them.</p><p>You'll work closely with fellow Game Artists, Marketing Artists, and Game Developers.</p>What You'll Do<p>Game Art & UI/UX</p><ul><li>Produce in-game assets across multiple titles: UI screens, menus, flows, icons, illustrations, event art, splash screens, and in-game social assets.</li><li>Adapt to diverse visual languages - stylized casual, anime MMORPG, medieval SLG, and traditional card-game aesthetics.</li><li>Validate work against tech budgets (file size, RTL integrity, accessibility, in-engine performance) and hand off cleanly.</li><li>Contribute to mood boards, references, and visual exploration during pre-production for new features.</li></ul><p>Localization Art</p><ul><li>Lead Arabic adaptation passes: RTL layouts, Arabic typography, culturally-adapted assets, text-in-image localization.</li><li>Maintain dialect and cultural-fit quality across the titles you support.</li></ul><p>In-Game Promotion</p><ul><li>Produce in-game promotional art for LiveOps events, seasonal moments (Ramadan, Eid, National Day), and feature launches.</li><li>Coordinate with Marketing Artists for asset reuse and visual consistency between in-game promos and marketing creatives.</li></ul><p>Brand Design Support</p><ul><li>Partner with the Brand Designer work: pitch decks, event identity, social-media brand assets, employer branding, and internal comms visuals.</li><li>Apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints.</li><li>Treat brand work with the same craft bar as game art.</li></ul><p>Quality & Collaboration</p><ul><li>Hold the line on visual quality, style consistency, and craft polish across everything you ship.</li><li>Mentor junior team members on technique, file hygiene, and pipeline discipline.</li><li>Actively contribute to creative reviews and feature discussions.</li></ul>What You'll Need<ul><li>3-5 years of experience in visual design, with at least 2 years in mobile gaming or a closely adjacent industry</li><li>Strong graphic design foundation - typography, layout, hierarchy, composition - in addition to game art skills</li><li>Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; simple After Effects fluency for UI motion and light brand motion.</li><li>Solid understanding of UI/UX principles: screen layouts, wireframing, component libraries, interaction states, and developer handoff.</li><li>Strong sense of color theory, visual storytelling, and the discipline to adapt across diverse art styles (stylized, semi-realistic, anime, traditional, corporate-brand)</li><li>Demonstrated experience integrating AI-generated art tools into your workflow to ship faster and explore more creatively.
