Financial Controller - Driving Automation

We are looking for a forward-thinking controller who combines strong financial expertise with business curiosity and a passion for innovation. Someone who challenges existing ways of working, proactively identifies improvement opportunities, and leverages AI, automation and data-driven insights to create real business impact.

• Act as a strategic finance partner, turning financial data into actionable business insights.
• Challenge the status quo and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance , efficiency, and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation , AI, and data-driven solutions.
• Support reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
• Contribute to building a modern, digitally enabled Finance organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or business partnering.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand business drivers beyond the numbers.
• Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements.
• Genuine interest in AI, automation, digitalization, and modern analytical tools.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to independently explore and test new solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (German is a plus).
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to create tangible business impact.
