Dock Associate- Full-Time

We are actively recruiting a full-time Dock Warehouse Associate. We are looking for an individual who has experience working in a production environment or a dock/warehouse. The Dock Associate will help management ensure that all trucks are accurately loaded and unloaded with our products.

Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads product/supplies from delivery vehicles
• Helps with inventory control
• Maintains a clean environment, organizes products, and appropriately disposes of waste/trash
• Performs all assigned duties in a safe fashion and in accordance with OSHA standards and directives
• Reports any unsafe conditions or practices to management in a prompt fashion

Skills and Abilities

• Have outstanding attention to detail
• Be reliable
• Be able to work in all elements of weather - this is a very physical position
• Be able to work a regular, full-time position - Monday through Friday 7AM-3:30 PM- that may require some overtime and occasional weekend hours
• Have a stable work history
• Be able to pass extensive pre-employment background checks (including a criminal record check) and a drug test

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment or a dock/warehouse
• Able to work independently
• Must have a highly reliable work performance record
• Able to lift and carry 75 pounds
• Able to stand for 8+ hrs/day
• Must pass extensive pre-employment checks (including background check and drug test)
• Must have reliable transportation in order to report to work as scheduled
• Able to work in all kinds of weather
• The ability to drive a standard transmission truck is a plus
