• National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area!

• We are seeking a HH COTA who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Qualified candidates for this position offer

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an approved curriculum.
• Experience: Two to four years experience preferred.
• Licensure: Current license for occupational therapy assisting in the state in which practicing.
