We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals ready to operate a variety of industrial machines – from massive six-ton overhead cranes to precision tube-forming mills – and make a real impact every day.

Starting pay: $18.75 – $26.75 per hour (based on experience)

Night shift differential: additional $1.20/hour

What You’ll Do

• o Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment.
• o Load and unload materials onto and off machines.
• o Process tubing through specialized equipment.
• o Inspect tubes to ensure top-notch quality before they head out to customers.
• o Play an essential role in keeping production running smoothly and safely.

What It Takes to Succeed

• o Physical stamina – you’ll be on your feet for 12-hour shifts, working with equipment and materials that require strength and endurance.
• o Comfort with a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork and focus are key.
• o Ability to lift 5–50 pounds frequently and work in a variety of positions – bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and more.
• o Strong math skills (decimals, fractions, averages) to keep operations precise.
• o Good communication skills to work closely with your team and supervisors.
• o A commitment to safety, quality, and showing up ready to contribute every day.

Your Schedule

• o 12-hour shifts: either days (6 a.m.–6 p.m.) or nights (6 p.m.–6 a.m.).
• o Shift days vary based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• o High school diploma or equivalent.
• o Previous manufacturing experience (a plus, but not required – we train!).
• o Ability to read and speak English is preferred.
