Call By Call Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager is a sales position managing the service techs and you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

- Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In Home Sales
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Dependable self-starter, motivated
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Service Titan software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
- Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
- Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In Home Sales
2+ years of sales experience
Proficient Service Titan software is a plus

Compensation: $60,000- $70,000 (DOE) plus bonus structure pay out
