The Opportunity
- We are building the next evolution of plumbing sales.
- In most companies, technicians are expected to diagnose, explain, and sell — all in one interaction.
That leads to
- missed opportunities
- inconsistent communication
- underdeveloped solutions
- Our model fixes that.
- You are involved in the call from start to finish — not just the close.
- The technician is in the home performing diagnostics
- You are guiding the entire process remotely in real time
- Together, you function as a two-person sales system.
- You are not stepping in at the end —
- You are helping shape the outcome from the very beginning.
What You’ll Do
You will partner with the field technician throughout the entire job.
Your Role Across the Full Call
- Q1 — Framing the Call
- Help set expectations for how the process will work
- Ensure homeowner understands this is a full evaluation, not a quick fix
- Support technician in establishing trust and authority
- Q2 — Diagnostics & Evidence
- Guide the technician on what to capture (pressure, flow, camera, etc.)
- Ensure no “skipped steps” or incomplete diagnostics
- Begin shaping how the problem will be communicated
- Q3 — Problem Definition
- Help structure how the issue is explained
- Frame the risk, consequences, and system condition
- Ensure the homeowner clearly understands what’s actually wrong
- Q4 — Decision & Close
- Lead the solution conversation with the homeowner
Present structured options
- restore flow (cable, access work)
- clean & protect (jetting, descaling)
- repair / partial repipe
- full system solutions (sewer, repipe, etc.)
- Handle objections and guide the homeowner to a confident decision
- You are not just closing — you are controlling the entire story arc of the job.
Why Top Closers Thrive in This Model
- Traditional plumbing sales is reactive.
- This model is controlled, structured, and repeatable.
Because you are involved from the start
- You don’t inherit a poorly set-up conversation
- You ensure every job has complete diagnostics
- You prevent missed turnover opportunities
- You build the solution before the close
This leads to
- Higher close rates
- Larger tickets
- More consistent performance
- Fewer lost opportunities
- You’re not reacting to the job — you’re building it in real time.
What Makes This Role Different
- This is NOT a call center job.
- This is NOT a “takeover at the end” role.
- This is a live, in-call sales leadership position.
You are
- coaching the technician
- guiding the structure of the call
- ensuring process adherence
- leading the homeowner conversation
You will have
- real-time diagnostics from the field
- visual proof (camera, flow issues, etc.)
- a technician executing physically while you lead strategically
Think of it as
Field Execution + Remote Sales Leadership = Maximum Output
Ideal Candidate
You are a high-level closer AND process controller.
You don’t just “wait to sell” — you
- guide conversations early
- identify opportunity in real time
- correct course when needed
- build toward the close from minute one
You are comfortable
- directing technicians when needed
- stepping into conversations early
- leading high-stakes homeowner decisions
- controlling the pace and structure of the call
Experience We Are Looking For
Strong candidates will have
- high-ticket home services sales experience
- plumbing or drain/sewer sales experience (preferred)
- experience working with technicians in the field
- inside or remote closing experience
Bonus if you understand

- camera inspections and sewer diagnostics
- step-up model (cable → jet → repair → replace)
- Service Titan or similar
What a Top Performer Looks Like
Top performers in this role
- never let a job drift off process
- ensure every call has full diagnostics
- identify missed opportunities in real time
- build complete solutions — not patchwork fixes
- They don’t “wait for Q4.”
- They win the job in Q1–Q3 and simply confirm it in Q4.

- 100% commission-based
- No cap on earnings
Typical Earnings
- $120,000 – $400,000+ annually
