JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in product design, development, and validation processes, including concept design, detailed design, prototyping, and testing.
Conduct engineering analysis, calculations, and simulations according to project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to solve technical problems and provide engineering support.
Write technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
Assist in improving existing products and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as company policies.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
Guidance may be required for junior engineers or technicians.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Over 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
Solid engineering principles knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools (such as CAD, FEA).
Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Project management experience preferred.
English fluency is preferred.
