Senior Design Validation and Test Engineer

Join Ford's Advanced Electric Vehicle (EV) team and help develop the next generation of vehicle electrification technologies. This role is responsible for validating and testing power electronic systems including onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, battery management systems, and motor controllers. You will work closely with design, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance across global vehicle programs.
