About The Role

UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities

Conduct gap analysis on current trainer pool (coverage by competency, industry, certification, commercial value).
Identify and source potential new trainers aligned with the Edgenta Academy’s strategic direction.
Maintain and enhance the trainer database, including expertise mapping and availability tracking.
Propose a structured trainer engagement framework (e.g., tiering system, performance rating)
Design and coordinate Year-End Trainer Appreciation Event, including concept development, programme flow, recognition mechanism, and impact measurement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
Fresh graduate or up to two years of working experience.
Prior internship exposure in business analysis and event management will be an added advantage.
