Project Engineer

Seeking a Project Engineer for a position near York PA.

Essential Functions of the Job

• -Need a strong Engineer to drive key projects at this manufacturing facility
• -Projects could include new equipment, automation, new processes and facility type work
• -This person will take these projects and run/manage them from start to finish
• -Person should have the skills to read and produce technical plans, drawings and schematics
• -Job entails developing all needed specs needed for projects and work with vendors to help source
• -Job entails developing a project budget, timelines, costs, and metrics to keep projects moving efficiently
• -Person must keep leadership up to date on all projects and update project management plans

Desired Education, Experience and Skills

• --BS In Engineering-Preferably Mechanical Engineering/Technology
• --Must have a few years of previous Project Management experience in a manufacturing company
• --Must have AutoCAD or Solidworks experience
• --Must have great project management skills
• --Strong leadership and time management skills needed
• --Foundry and Machining experience a plus
