The Corporate Quality – Quality Engineering Specialist III transforms Quality Management System (QMS) data into meaningful insights that drive product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards across NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audit management, customer issue resolution, and document control processes. Reporting to the Corporate Director, Quality Systems and Compliance, this individual plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
Major Responsibilities
- QMS Data Integration and Governance: Manage and optimize quality data from enterprise systems including NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audits, customer issues, document management, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and cloud-based systems to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.
- Quality Analytics and Decision Support: Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support business and quality objectives.
- Power BI Reporting and KPI Visualization: Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into key quality metrics, including corrective actions, supplier performance, audit results, customer issues, and overall QMS effectiveness.
- Automation and Predictive Insights: Leverage BI tools, automation, and AI-driven analytics to streamline reporting, improve data accessibility, identify emerging risks, and support proactive decision-making.
- QMS Analytics Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted resource for Corporate Quality and business leaders by supporting KPI development, data governance, dashboard interpretation, reporting standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 10% to support business, site, and Corporate Quality initiatives.
