Coordinator of Campus Visits, Guest Relations and Training

This position plays a pivotal role in advancing the university’s mission by elevating the overall guest experience for prospective students and their families. The individual in this position will think strategically about and have oversight of key logistics areas that impact guest experiences throughout daily recruitment operations. Through the recruitment, hiring, training, and management of student staff and student managers who serve as tour guides and ambassadors, this role ensures every visitor encounter reflects Baylor’s values and strengths.
