Dispatch Team Lead Telecare

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch and CC afterhours operations, coordinating personnel and resources, and ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate service delivery. This position supervises dispatch staff, monitors schedules and routes, handles operational issues, and serves as a key point of communication between telecare, field personnel, customers, and management.

• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate dispatch and CC afterhours personnel.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules, daily assignments, and workforce coverage.
• Monitor dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Communicate with field staff, field employees, customers, and management regarding schedules, delays, changes, and service issues.
