We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in managing large-scale fit-out and construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall project execution, including planning, resources, cost, schedule, quality, safety, commercial performance, stakeholder coordination, and client satisfaction.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale fit-out/construction projects.
  • Strong skills in planning, coordination, execution, progress, quality, and commercial management.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive timely completion.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale fit-out/construction projects within approved budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Lead project teams and manage manpower, equipment, materials, and resources to achieve project milestones and productivity targets.
  • Oversee project planning, progress monitoring, cost control, BOQs, variations, and commercial requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Manage approvals for designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
  • Monitor labor productivity, resource availability, project costs, and overall performance, taking corrective action where required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, quality standards, Code of Ethics, and ERP/project management systems.
  • Support the development and retention of project teams and contribute to Saudization, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Report project operational, financial, and progress status to the Project Director and support implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
  • Drive timely project completion and achieve high levels of client satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 12 TO 15 years of construction/project management experience, including 5+ years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale fit-out/construction projects.
  • Strong skills in planning, coordination, execution, progress, quality, cost, and commercial management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Project Management, Planning, and Financial Management training/certification is an advantage.
