Rapyuta Robotics, an ETH Zurich spinoff, operates with the goal of making robots more accessible to anyone in the logistics industry. Requirements

This position is part of the Talent team.

Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India and US.
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
Manage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program .
Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centre.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Basic Requirements

3-5 years of experience as engineering recruiter in India
Provide regular market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics
Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across multiple departments
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain environments
Skilled in negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
