Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

Additional Requirements

Valid U.S. visa (required)
Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments

What Success Looks Like

Timely and effective resolution of technical issues and fleet events
Improved fleet reliability and reduced repeat failures
Strong technical support to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams
Accurate and insightful technical analysis and reporting
Positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders

This role is ideal for developing strong technical expertise while contributing directly to Customer success under LTSA contracts.
Relocation is available for this position.
