About The Role

CSC is a leading provider of fund administration and outsourcing services. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration of private equity and alternative investment structures, including investor onboarding, investor servicing, cash management, payment processing, governance support and client relationship management.

Investor Operations & Fund Administration

  • Review and process investor subscriptions, transfers, redemptions and other investor transactions.
  • Coordinate investor onboarding, including eligibility checks, subscription documentation and capital commitment setup.
  • Review and maintain KYC/AML documentation.
  • Ensure FATCA/CRS classifications and investor records are maintained.
  • Respond to investor and client queries.
  • Assist with capital call and distribution processes.

Payment Processing & Cash Management

  • Prepare and process investor and fund payments.
  • Review payment instructions and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate approval and release of payments through banking platforms.
  • Process capital call receipts, investor distributions, management fee payments and expenses.
  • Maintain cashbooks and reconcile cash transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve payment and reconciliation breaks.

Corporate Governance & Client Servicing

  • Attend Board and Committee meetings where required.
  • Maintain statutory records and client documentation.
  • Support regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Operational Oversight

  • Review work completed by junior team members.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure accurate timesheet and billing information.

Experience Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Fund Administration, Investor Services or Alternative Investments.
  • Strong experience with Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets and Infrastructure fund structures.
  • Experience processing and reviewing payments within a controlled environment.
  • Understanding of AML/KYC requirements and investor due diligence processes.
  • Knowledge of fund structures, capital calls, distributions and transfers of interest.
