We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate to join our Strategy, Transformation & Investments department at our offices located in Marousi.

As a Senior Associate, you will support the development and execution of the Group’s strategic agenda, transformation and investment activities, translating priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Group and BU strategy and translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
  • Build and maintain financial models, business plans, budgets and scenario analyses.
  • Support M&A and investment processes including screening, valuation, IC materials and DD analysis.
  • Analyze financial and operational KPIs, identify performance gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Support value-creation initiatives with clear EBITDA, cash and ROI impact tracking.
  • Act as PMO on transformation projects, tracking milestones, risks and delivery.
  • Support post-merger integration and synergy identification and monitoring.
  • Conduct market, industry and competitive research to support strategy and investments.
  • Prepare analytical materials for senior management, Board and shareholders.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring analytical rigor and execution follow-through.

Requirements

  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-structuring capability.
  • Ability to translate strategic initiatives into measurable financial impact.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • A Master’s degree (MSc or MBA) in Finance, Economics or a related field will be considered a strong asset.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Transaction Advisory within a Big 4 firm.
