We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department in our offices in Elefsina.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, preparing budgets, and performing a variety of financial tasks that support both strategic and operational decision-making. The role will involve monitoring performance, identifying trends, and providing insights that enable the organization to achieve its objectives.

Evaluate current and past financial data and performance to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and scenario analysis

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for senior management and stakeholders.

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management to optimize expenses, improve profitability, and support business decision-making.

Work with cross-functional teams, including accounting and business teams, to ensure data integrity and integrate financial goals into core systems.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools, business intelligence platforms, and databases (e.g., SQL).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience in D365 will be considered a plus
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business/Financial analysis, accounting, or a related corporate finance setting is essential.
