We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join our team in our offices located in Aspropirgos.

As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including customer communication, excellent customer service and ensure the availability of sufficient and valuable support to the company’s sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Technical Department.
  • Organize daily schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and update technical documents, files, and records.
  • Monitor certificates and required documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and public authorities.
  • Track departmental goals, KPIs, and compliance with procedures.
  • Support procurement activities and follow up on technical orders.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain ERP system updates.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and support assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork mentality with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and follow processes.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical/administrative expertise.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related technological field.
  • Good business writing and verbal skills both in Greek and English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or technical support role is considered a plus.
