Casino Bell Person

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Bell person, you will assist guests with their luggage when checking-in and checking-out of the resort, opening doors, explaining room amenities and maintaining designated workstations. You will report to Front Service Supervisors, Front Service Shift Manager, or Front Service Manager on duty.

Start Rate: $16.50/hour | Part-Time | Variable

Primary Tasks

• You will extend warm welcome and appreciation to every guest.
• Provide luggage service upon guests' arrival and departure.
• Escort incoming hotel guests to room and assist with luggage.
• Inspect the guest's rooms to be sure everything is in order and that supplies such as soap and towels are adequate.
• You will offer information about features of room, such as operation of radio, television, and how to place telephone calls.
• Deliver packages, messages, and run errands.
• Maintain luggage storage areas.
• You must be familiar with hotel products, events and promotion, selling the hotel to maximize hotel revenue.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Read English
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services (includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction)
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
