Job Title: DUV Field Service Engineer (Metrology) (신입)
Contract: Regular
Location: Hwaseong (Dongtan)

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing quality repair, preventive maintenance service and complete installation at customer sites.
Perform analytical problem-solving, multiple technical tasks and may coordinate work of assigned engineers.
Perform on-site preventive maintenance. Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate.
Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions.
Determine corrective actions required and/or escalate for assistance and prompt resolution.
Assist with installing and/or relocating equipment at customer’s site.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Field Service Engineer

Qualifications

Only university graduates with no prior professional experience are eligible to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex semiconductor equipment.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
Strong understanding of company procedures and a commitment to adhering to them.
Willingness to work in a restrictive cleanroom environment, which requires wearing appropriate personal protective safety equipment.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
