What You'll Do

🐎 Horse Care & Welfare

Feed, water, groom, and care for horses daily.
Monitor horse health and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes.
Assist with horse cooling-down and recovery after training or exercise.
Maintain clean, comfortable stables, stalls, paddocks, and bedding.

🎯 Training Support

Assist trainers during training sessions.
Prepare horses with appropriate tack and equipment.
Lead, lunge, and handle horses safely and confidently.
Support warm-up and cool-down activities as required.
Ride horses as part of structured exercise and training programs.

🧰 Tack & Equipment Management

Clean and maintain saddles, bridles, tack, and related equipment.
Ensure all equipment is stored safely and remains in excellent condition.

🏡 Facility & Stable Maintenance

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of barns, arenas, and surrounding facilities.
Perform general yard duties, including mucking out, sweeping, and organizing work areas.

📝 Record Keeping

Maintain records related to horse health, feeding schedules, and training progress.
Communicate observations and updates to trainers and management.

What We're Looking For

✅ Passion for horses and animal welfare
✅ Previous horse handling experience is advantageous, but not essential
✅ Knowledge of horse care, grooming, and stable management
✅ Ability to work safely and confidently around horses
✅ Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks
✅ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
✅ Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Environment

Outdoor role requiring work in various weather conditions
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
Opportunity to work alongside experienced trainers and equine professionals
