About The Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support person to join our industrial and safety division! This position will be based in our Mount Pearl NL location.

The successful candidate will demonstrate

Ability to prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlines
Assist the outside sales team with quote preparation
Answer customer calls, direct customer inquiries
Create Purchase orders, & process merchandise returns
Merchandising the showroom
Product sourcing and price monitoring
Order entry, along with general customer inquiries.
A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative position with a proven track record
Proven experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite is required
Post-secondary education in Business, Administration considered an asset
