About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our Fraud Investigation Unit as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing fraud-related activities, ensuring effective risk assessment and mitigation across the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and analyzing potential fraud risks, collaborating with internal teams, and implementing robust fraud detection and control measures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fraud management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

  • Act as the Central Coordinator, overseeing regional OD, TP, Non-Motor, Theft, and Deterrence cases.
  • Identify, analyze, and assess risks associated with all Lines of Business (LOB) within the region.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting and Claims teams to review and update triggers based on new experiences and identified fraud patterns.
  • Work closely with IT and Data Analysis teams for system development and data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct System UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the effectiveness of fraud detection systems.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize losses and mitigate fraud risks.
  • Lead fraud detection and control efforts, developing and executing proactive fraud prevention plans.
  • Perform data auditing to ensure data integrity and accuracy in fraud investigations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing effective leadership and mentorship.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and external partners to enhance fraud investigation capabilities.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in fraud management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing fraud investigation teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in fraud data.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in working with IT and data analysis teams for system development.
  • Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to foster a positive work environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address complex fraud cases.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fraud management.
