About The Role

One of our business unit in Financial Services currently looking for IT Strategy and GRC Division Head with these following details:

Job Desc

Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the bank's business objectives.
Provide strategic support to the IT Group Head in managing and developing IT.
Ensure IT governance and operations run in accordance with internal policy, prudential principles, sharia compliance, and GCG (Good Corporate Governance).
Manage IT utilization and investment effectively and efficiently to support business growth.
Identify and manage IT risk, including developing and executing mitigation plans.
Ensure IT compliance with applicable regulations and standards (POJK, BI, ISO 27001, and others).
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve IT performance and compliance.
Minimum 10 years of banking experience (Sharia banking experience preferred).
Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in IT / Business Administration / Management or a related field.
Strong leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
In-depth knowledge of IT strategy, IT governance, IT risk management, and IT compliance.
Understanding of Indonesian banking IT regulations and standards (POJK, BI, ISO, GRC, IT procurement & budgeting, and project management).

Experience leading an IT Strategy & GRC team, building a culture of compliance and risk management; relevant certifications/training are a plus (MR Level 5, Sharia DPS, COBIT, ITIL, PMP, Leadership).
