About The Role

Smart is looking for a Business Development Specialist who can build strong relationships, understand client needs, and turn business challenges into growth opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

Identify new clients and business opportunities
Build long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
Understand client needs and connect them with the right Smart solutions
Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams
Manage the sales cycle from the first contact through contract signing
Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Maintain accurate client and opportunity data in the CRM
Achieve sales and revenue targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Experience in business development or B2B sales
Good understanding of IT services and technology solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Fluency in Arabic and English
Results-driven mindset with a focus on client experience
Experience in the Saudi market
