Proposal & Presentation Designer

• We are looking for a designer who can turn business ideas, technical solutions, and sales messages into clear and persuasive visual content.
• The role will support our Sales team by creating

• Commercial and technical proposals
• Sales presentations and pitch decks
• Company profiles
• Service brochures and one-pagers
• Case studies and client-facing documents
• Reusable proposal and presentation templates

Key responsibilities

• Design professional proposals that support the sales process
• Transform complex information into clear visual stories
• Organize content using strong layouts, typography, charts, and infographics
• Maintain brand consistency across all sales materials
• Work with Sales and technical teams to understand project requirements
• Deliver accurate work within tight deadlines
• Maintain an organized library of templates and design assets
• 3+ years of experience in presentation or graphic design
• A portfolio that includes business presentations, proposals, or pitch decks
• Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides skills
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
• Ability to design in both English and Arabic
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Ability to manage feedback and multiple assignments

Preferred

• Experience with B2B, technology, or IT services
• Experience designing technical and commercial proposals
• Basic animation and interactive presentation skills
