Deli Supervisor at Londis Coolcotts, Co Wexford

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at Londis Coolcotts in Co Wexford. As a Deli Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our deli department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Role

Manage and lead a team of deli staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to company standards and food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Create and update deli menus, specials, and promotions to drive sales and meet customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate would be flexible and work 5 over 7 including weekends.
