Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:30 PM (with one Saturday off each month - earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays! )

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Fargo North Office . This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75 per hour
Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
Guaranteed 30-39 hours per week

The pay range for this position is $17.75-$ 18.75, based on factors such as education, experience, and overall qualifications.
