About The Role

  • 1.负责跨厂改进措施的对齐与落地；
  • 2.作为联系窗口，需参与追踪跨厂TB activity的落地和稽核；
  • 3.对接1-2个module，参与module疑难问题解决和技术创新讨论；
  • 4.经验和知识的传承活动以及相关KPI的管理。
  • 1.教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，理工类专业，化工、机械、物理、电机、自动化等相关专业；
  • 2.行业与专业经验：具有5年以上一线大厂半导体制造行业设备/制程经验；对于半导体制造生产工艺有一定的经验；
  • 3.其他要求：具有良好的跨团队沟通能力，具备管理多项专案追踪执行能力。
