About The Role

  • 1.负责设备性能提升专项，capa ratio 部分；
  • 2.负责与其他部门合作共同解决硬件问题；
  • 3.负责与供应商对接最新机台研发roadmap与解决目前量产痛点问题；
  • 4.负责最新机台性能评估，前沿科技调研；
  • 5.负责其他与设备技术相关workshop或项目开展与闭环。
  • 1.本科及以上学历；
  • 2.8年以上ETCH/WET/TF/DF/CMP bonding 12寸fab或厂商设备经验；
  • 3.对产能，设备性能指标有深刻理解； 4.了解所在区域设备市场，与设备parts相关上下游供应链 ；
  • 5.对不同机型技术与制程需求有一定理解，具有快速学习能力；
  • 6.具有强大自驱力和责任心，主动打破部门墙。
