Job Title:Business Analyst Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Experience: 6 to 10 years We are looking for a Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, writing user stories, creating technical documentation, and working in an Agile environment. The candidate should have experience with API documentation, SharePoint Online, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and AI tools. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Write user stories and define acceptance criteria. Create and maintain API and integration documentation. Prepare functional and technical documentation. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Work with business and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly documented. Maintain project documentation using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Visio. Support metadata and data governance activities. Use AI tools to improve documentation and analysis. Manage and maintain documentation in SharePoint Online. Required Skills 6+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Analysis. API & Integration Documentation. User Story Writing and Acceptance Criteria. Agile/Scrum and Backlog Grooming. Technical Writing and Documentation. Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Visio. Working experience with AI tools. Knowledge of SharePoint Online.
