About The Role

Position description: Assists the Agribusiness Division Head and Product Officers in the management and marketing of products to achieve the product’s credit portfolio growth and profitability target. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Product Marketing a. Assists the Agribusiness Product Officer in responding to queries and requests from the Relationship Management Group on the managed products b. Assists in the development of marketing and communications program plans and proposals c. Coordinates and monitors production of internal and external marketing, communications, and educational materials (e.g. banners, brochure, videos, broadcasts etc.) d. Coordinates with the Bank’s Corporate Communications representative for marketing and campaigns. 2. Portfolio Management a. Assists the Agribusiness Product Officer in the preparation of periodic portfolio-related reports to management, and updating and maintaining weekly pipelines and call reports. b. Assists in the tagging of agribusiness accounts. 3. Administrative Management a. Prepares internal management reports, as necessary. b. Processes and monitors the Division's expenses. c. Monitors use and safekeeping of the Division’s assets as well as inventory of office supplies and giveaways. d. Assists the Division in various projects, as needed Qualifications: Graduate of any Agribusiness-related courses (Animal Science/Husbandry, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Horticulture, etc.) Experience in marketing, financial analysis, as well as agri-related activities and agri-production is an advantage Has good organizational and interpersonal skills Has excellent verbal and written communication skills Willing to be assigned in Davao City
