IV.JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) & Digital Learning Content Specialist to manage day-to-day administration of Absorb LMS while supporting the production and publication of engaging digital learning content. V.WHAT YOU’LL DO • Administer the Absorb LMS, including adding, updating, archiving and removing users • Monitor licence/seat usage and maintain accurate active and archived user records • Upload, organise and maintain courses and learning content • Generate LMS reports for clients and internal stakeholders • Maintain clean, accurate and current LMS data and support routine troubleshooting • Produce training videos from approved scripts supplied by the Academy lead • Create AI voice narration using ElevenLabs or similar tools • Create screen-recorded software demonstrations using DemoCreator or similar tools • Edit videos and create basic animation/visual elements in Canva or comparable platforms • Follow Tiller Academy brand and style standards, submit drafts for QA and apply feedback consistently • Progress toward ownership of the approved-script-to-publish production cycle VI.REQUIREMENTS Ideal Candidate: •Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology or a related field is preferred, but NOT required. •Strong video editing and digital content-production skills with a portfolio or work samples. •Experience with Canva or comparable video/design tools, screen recording •Basic knowledge of animation or motion-graphics capability •Comfortable using AI content tools, particularly AI voice-generation platforms such as ElevenLabs. •Strong attention to detail, data discipline, and ability to follow established standards. •Experience with LMS administration and reporting; Absorb LMS experience is highly preferred. •Strong written and spoken English, with excellent organisation and communication skills. •Self-directed, reliable, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working across time zones. Preferred Experience: •Previous Absorb LMS or other LMS administration experience. •eLearning, instructional design, Learning & Development, or adult-learning experience. •Graphic design, audio editing, voiceover production, or software-training content experience. •Experience facilitating or presenting customer training. •Maritime-sector experience or familiarity with Helm CONNECT is an advantage.
