About The Role

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking

Loader/Unloader

to support our distribution operations. This is a physically demanding role involving continuous standing, walking, lifting, loading, and unloading throughout the workday.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Load and unload trailers by hand using gravity rollers.
Move cartons on and off pallets for inbound and outbound shipments.
Label cartons for outbound shipments (approximately 5,000–6,000 packages per week).
Receive and unload incoming truckloads, including both palletized and floor-loaded freight.
Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
Follow safe material-handling practices and company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Able to repeatedly lift and move boxes throughout the workday.
Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an asset, but not required.
