Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Hertford, North Carolina Facility: Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Job Type: Travel Assignment Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts Assignment Length: 13 weeks Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team for a 13-week travel assignment. The selected clinician will provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting, helping develop and implement individualized treatment plans while supporting patients in achieving their mobility and functional goals. The position requires the therapist to float between Hertford and Windsor, North Carolina , based on facility needs. Candidates must have an active North Carolina PT license, BLS certification, and prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience . A two-week notice cancellation policy applies to the assignment.
