Overview Radiation Therapist — Radiation Therapy Tech, traveling assignment in Glendale, California, starting 09/14/2026 for 12 weeks. Earn $2,326–$2,499 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,326–$2,499 per week - Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week - Contract duration: 12 weeks - Shift: 5x8 days - Start date: 09/14/2026 - Setting: hospital - Extension opportunities Responsibilities - Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated portions of the body as ordered by physicians. - Position and instruct patients prior to examinations; adjust equipment and exposure parameters to produce diagnostic-quality images. - Prepare examination rooms and equipment; monitor patients and ensure safety during imaging procedures. - Document exam information and verify exams in the PACS system; report important findings to the physician as appropriate. - Maintain radiation safety practices and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of imaging equipment.
