Manager of Maintenance

Our Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of all fleet maintenance. Responsible for managing a team of fleet maintenance professionals and ensuring compliance with DOT laws.

Manager of Facilities Responsibilities

  • Managing and building a team of 10-15 maintenance employees
  • Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs
  • Scheduling and managing truck usage and mileage
  • Budgeting and estimating costs

Tracking KPIs

  • Training staff on safety procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and laws

Qualifications

  • Degree in Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business preferred but not necessary
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, laws, and DOT compliance
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong negotiating skills
