As a Night Auditor you'll be a part of a team that shapes the guest experience at Hale Hōkūala Kaua ʻ i, a new oceanfront destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Ha ʻ upu Mountain. Located near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at H ō k ū ala, this 210-room resort offers a unique opportunity to help launch a hotel that celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kaua ʻ i.

Classification : Casual

Shift Pattern : Overnight shifts, must be available for weekends.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
