Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of branch customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the assigned customer base, driving revenue and profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the diverse financial needs of customers
Actively participate in branch activities and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of the Consumer Banking Group
Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
